Selective from the start.
We weigh power, permitting, site conditions, infrastructure and project economics together, because a weakness in any one of them can end a project. We take on sites with a credible development path, then work through every requirement between the property and a finished project.
Power nearby is the easy part. A project is won or lost on the approvals, the infrastructure and the work of delivering that power.
